Here's my Chana Masala recipe. Click on any picture to bring up the lightbox with captions.

  • Gather ingredients.
  • Start simmering coconut milk with curry powder and tumeric.
  • At the same time start simmering Chickpeas in Masala.
  • Add frozen spinach to the coconut milk. Simmer both for at least 20 minutes.
  • Use an immersion blender on the spinach and coconut milk mixture.
  • Add in the simmered chickpeas.
  • Mix and serve over white rice with Naan.
